Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

What shipping methods are available?
Our current UK shipping option is DPD. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.

What is your return policy?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused to be eligible for return.

  • Used products are only eligible for return if they are found to be faulty. Faulty items are those with a manufacturing or material defect that prevents normal use. Comfort preference, incorrect fit, or normal wear do not qualify as faults.

  • Once received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
